Teqpace Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid products sold by Teqpace Services Ltd. (RC 9036279) (“Teqpace”, “we”, “us”). It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all Teqpace games and applications listed there.

Most Teqpace paid products are sold through Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Where Paddle is the seller of record, Paddle processes your refund on our instruction, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply. Where you bought inside an app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store’s refund process applies instead (see §4).

1. Our standard: 14-day refund

For paid downloadable products bought through Paddle, we offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase if the product:

  • does not perform substantially as described;
  • cannot be made to work on a supported device after reasonable support; or
  • was purchased in error and has not been substantially used.

If you are simply not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us — we aim to be fair and will generally honour good-faith requests within that window.

2. What is not normally refundable

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase (except where the law gives you a longer right).
  • Consumable or already-delivered digital items that have been used — for example a one-time in-game unlock that has been redeemed, or cosmetic items already applied — unless the item is faulty.
  • Purchases where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or policy violation (for example, repeated buy-then-refund cycles).
  • Amounts already charged back or refunded through another channel.

3. Subscriptions (e.g. Teqpace Academy)

  • You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not generally refund a billing period already started, except where required by law or where the service was materially unavailable. If you were charged for a renewal you tried to cancel, contact us and we will make it right.

4. Purchases made inside an app store

If you bought an item inside an app distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the refund is handled by that store under its own policy, and you should request it there:

  • Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Google Play: request a refund through your Google Play account or the Play Store.

We can help you understand your options, but we cannot directly process a refund for a store in-app purchase.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence — including any statutory cooling-off, withdrawal, or “faulty goods” rights, which may be broader than the 14-day standard above.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@teqpace.com with:

  1. the product name;
  2. your order or receipt reference (from your Paddle receipt email); and
  3. a short description of the reason.

We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and to resolve eligible requests promptly. Approved Paddle refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
